ITNLehighValley’s mission is to help older adults live with dignity, independence, and connection. ITNLehighValley is a membership organization and welcomes anyone in the community to join to support this vital service. For people aged 65 and older, and people with visual impairments, affordable transportation services are a benefit of membership.

Research has shown that ITN membership helps people who limit or stop driving feel safe and provides a sense of belonging. ITNLehighValley strives to replace the comfort and convenience of private automobile ownership by providing the mobility people rely upon to live full and independent lives.

To become a member of ITNLehighValley, please follow these steps:

Members set up pre-paid accounts and receive monthly statements detailing rides and charges. Fares are calculated by adding a pick-up charge and a mileage charge.

How it Works

  • Riders open a prepaid Personal Transportation Account™.
  • Schedule rides in advance for a lower rate, or ride on demand.
  • Ride alone or save money by sharing a ride with others.
  • Ride by the hour or by the mile.
  • Riders can try the service while they still own and operate a car.
  • The Road Scholarship™ program is available for low-income riders.
